Georges was my paternal grandfather. He was always described as someone who treated himself and his family with the utmost care and respect. A true gentleman in every sense of the word, he always had something kind to say and carried himself with elegance, grace, and delicacy. 

He devoted himself to his family, always making sure that everyone was doing well and taken care of. Through the stories I have heard, he remains a symbol of kindness, generosity, and quiet strength. He was from Ebel el Saqi, a village that will forever be part of his story and, in a way, mine too. 

With this name, I chose to pay tribute to Georges A., the man who introduced me to debs el kharoub and made me fall in love with it.
