Refund policy

We hope you love our products as much as we do.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or altered in any way.
Once your return is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. In this case, return shipping fees will be covered by us.
